Annette specializes in improving sales and profitability for retail clients. She has over 15 years of experience, as both an entrepreneur and strategic advisor. As a consultant and business owner, Annette developed capabilities across many functions including strategy, operations, product development, marketing, and business development.
Prior to AlixPartners, Annette worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co. where she worked on performance improvement projects across a wide range of industries. As an entrepreneur Annette founded a retail fragrance company that went on to become a wholesale supplier of chemicals and additives to the soap and candle industry. Annette holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan.
