SUMMARY
Thilo provides strategic and hands-on operational consulting to support clients around the globe in operational improvement programs—especially in the automotive and industrial goods sectors. He is experienced in developing and implementing material and production cost reductions as well as plant performance improvements and turnarounds. Clients have benefited from Thilo’s management of key projects such as plant capacity rightsizings, plant and program profitability improvements, and inventory optimizations. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was an assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Lean Expert at German machine-building company Lenze SE, which is specialized in automation technology.
Thilo has MBAs from ESAN Graduate School of Business in Lima, Peru, and HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Leipzig, Germany.
