Ken is an experienced advisor, operations director, and professional services leader with over 20 years' experience in the leadership and hands-on delivery of organizational, operational and technology transformation.
Ken supports organizations primarily in the automotive, industrials, travel, leisure and healthcare sectors. He also regularly supports private equity clients with cost reduction and value creation plans of their portfolio businesses. His expertise covers operational turnaround and transformation, operating model design, rapid cost reduction, SG&A optimization, organizational transformation, organisation design, post-merger integration, carve out, manufacturing footprint optimization, procurement and supply chain management. He acquired both professional consulting experience and line management experience by having held a series of senior operational roles at BAE Systems.
Ken has a Masters in Electronic Engineering from the University of York.
