Hisham has more than 15 years of consulting and management experience in the retail and consumer industries across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. He has a successful record of designing and executing corporate and growth strategies, organizational operating models, and performance improvement programs. More specifically, Hisham has extensive expertise in business planning, market entry, go-to-market planning, organizational-structure design, and commercial and operational turnaround. Previously, he had management roles at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) and at a key regional food and nonfood retailer.
