Dennis helps companies overcome strategic, operational and financial challenges by providing hands-on expertise as well as taking responsibility for the implementation of complex transformation programs while serving in interim roles.
He has spent more than 10 years in designing, steering and executing transformation programs for small cap companies and conglomerates in industries such as retail, food services and industrial goods, also covering insolvency situations.
Previously, he was with private-equity group Aurelius, serving as chief financial officer (CFO) of a portfolio company. Earlier projects and interim roles included the turnaround of a business-to-business (B2B) sales division and establishing independent corporate functions after acquiring a corporate carve-out.
Dennis started his career with Siemens Management Consulting and has an M.Sc. from ETH Zurich and a B.Sc. from TU Munich in Physics.
