Piero has 30 years of experience in strategic, operational, and advisory work with national and international clients in the aerospace, automotive, technology, media, and retail industries. His areas of expertise include information and communications technology (ICT), supply chain management, sourcing, innovation management, business process reengineering, and change management. In very complex contexts, Piero developed the capability to transform client's strategic visions into operative business solutions, thereby facilitating the implementation of deep transformation processes and the achievement of significant performance turnaround. Prior to AlixPartners, he was a partner at a major strategic consulting firm, leading the Italian operations and ICT practices. Piero started his career at Honeywell information System, where he covered different roles in the manufacturing and supply chain solutions service offering.
Piero has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He has delivered many speeches and written numerous articles and books on the topics of innovation and information technology.
